Beautiful thing don't have to cost much. I got this wonderful old stain glass panel at a garage sale for 15 dollars. I made an easy frame for it with some scrap wood from the shop and used some old wood stain I had from projects. I got the fake oak leave sticks for .50 cents (also garage sale) and put an old desk lamp on the floor behind it. The picture doesn't do it Justice, It's a wonderful feature to a small apartment.
